Classes & Rituals

 Blankets, bolsters, yoga mats, props and pillows will be provided. All you need to bring is yourself and an open mind.

Somatic Yoga

Somatic yoga is designed to help you become more embodied—or led by how you feel in your body. Somatics is about body-mind integration. Our muscles can become tight or restricted due to development reasons, habitual patterns, emotional stress, injuries or trauma. Small, slow and gentle movements are used to re-educate the brain so that it can relax and move these muscles more functionally.

Thai-Reiki Restorative Yoga 

Thai-Reiki combines both Thai Yoga Body Work and Reiki in one restorative yoga class. Participants will be asked to recline on a yoga mat/blanket/props. They will be instructed to take restorative yoga poses while the instructor/practitioner moves around the room providing Reiki and Thai yoga body work.

Fiery Slow Flow on Mars

This practice combines strength-building and mental relaxation by holding and releasing positions. While primarily earth-focused, this slow flow class also incorporates standing positions to bring in that fiery energy. Nicole will provide reiki healing and assistance during practice and meditation. Join us and let go of stress, build inner strength, and find your balance.

Chakra Alignment Sound Series

Combining the Movement & Healing of Yoga Asana and tapping back into the body. Tapping more inward with Breathwork and Meditation with aid of Singing bowls + Behavioral Wellness with journal and goal prompting to promote continued alignment off of the mat and applying in the "real" world - your world. Community Q & A and open discussion promotes further awareness.

Led by our instructors Nicole and Brittany, this unique class combines strength training for all levels. Mindful strength training is a fitness approach that merges traditional strength training with mindfulness techniques. This method focuses on being fully present during workouts, paying attention to the sensations in your body, your breathing, and your movements.

GLOW POUND

Glow Pound is a high-intensity, music-driven workout that combines cardio, strength training, and conditioning with pilates-inspired movements lead by Brittany. The class is set to music and uses glowing drum stick, which are lightly weighted drumsticks designed for exercising.

Join us at Dreki Soul for a Disco Party Dance class led by Brittany. This total body workout is designed to help you tone and strengthen your body using light weights and resistance bands. Whether you’re a beginner or a seasoned athlete, this class is tailored to benefit all fitness levels. 

Join us at Dreki Soul for intentional painting and somatic yoga as we come together as a community to connect the mind, body, and soul. Through the combination of these artistic and physical practices, we aim to create a space for self-expression, mindfulness, and holistic well-being. This class will be held once a month.
