Tapping For The Soul

Join in a tapping circle where we’ll briefly cover the basics of EFT, then tap together on the most common limiting beliefs and emotional challenges that we face. We’ll focus on a different theme each month to break free from limiting beliefs, disrupt old patterns of thinking and acting, decreasing stress and anxiety, and installing positive new beliefs around each topic!
Shamanic Journeying Group with Dave

Come explore Shamanic Journeying! In this group you will learn the basics of journeying and have a few chances to practice. We will journey a few times during the night, including a journey to connect with your Power Animal, a journey with an intention shared by the group, and a journey of your own choosing!
It's a great opportunity to deepen your connection with your Power Animal and with the shamanic world!
No experience necessary, just bring an open mind (as well as a journal and something to cover your eyes).

A blend of psychoeducation, guided activity, and group support/discussion, these workshops are meant to enhance and amplify your journey, wherever you may be on your path! Join us soon!
Sunset Release Workshop
Join us as the sun sets to release what no longer serves us. Starting with a calming and beautiful somatic yoga flow with reiki and sound healing to ground, connect and release. As the sun sets we will let the solar energy absorb what you want to release. Ending with setting an intention for your month and what you want to bring into your life. Come step into your magick and manifest your desires into reality!
Community Drum Circle

Connect with others and create healing vibrations in our community drum circle! We'll be using drums, rattles, singing bowls, chimes, and any other instruments you'd like to bring and share. All levels are welcome – no experience needed. Just bring your open heart and your instruments, and let's create a beautiful, healing soundscape together! ​

Somatic Breathwork & Drum Circle

Somatic breathwork is a therapeutic breathing technique that links physical sensations in the body with mental and emotional experiences. Rooted in non-Western traditions, it employs rhythmic music and circular breathing to assist individuals in releasing emotions through various expressions such as movement, shaking, crying, laughing, or yelling.

During the breathwork session, the space will be filled with the sound of shamanic drumming. Shamanic drumming is a spiritual practice that uses a drum to facilitate journeying, healing, and connection to the spirit world. It often helps practitioners enter altered states of consciousness, allowing them to connect with spiritual guides, ancestors, or other realms.
